The father of film star Nicole Kidman reportedly died in Singapore.
Dr. Antony Kidman, a clinical psychologist at Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital, fell in his hotel room after breakfast while visiting his younger daughter Antonia, according to Australian media reports.
Antonia lives on the island nation with her husband, Craig Marran, and her six children, reported The Australian Women’s Weekly.
Kidman was a regular contributor to the monthly women’s magazine and frequently spoke about psychology on television and radio programs.
For his contributions to the field, he was awarded an Order of Australia medal in 2005.
