Services and Advocacy for LGBT Elders — better known as SAGE — is moving on up to the Bronx.

The national organization, which offers provides counseling, case management, veterans assistance and health care support, will open an outpost at the Union Community Health Center in Fordham on Wednesday.

The group has been expanding services across the city in recent months.

In November, SAGE expanded its main Harlem office from an 800-square-foot space inside the Hotel Theresa on 125th St. to a spacious 3,000-square-foot setup at the Oberia D. Dempsey Multi-Service Center on 127th St. near Lenox Ave.
